A wrong knowledge of God cannot produce the right faith in God. Likewise, a wrong knowledge of God cannot produce true worship of God.
What then is the believer’s worship? Are believers truly meant to “worship” God—or better still, how are believers to worship Him? Is worship found in songs, sacrifices, physical elements, or merely in church attendance? Or is it something deeper than outward expressions?
These and more are the questions we will be examining in our new teaching series, The Believers’ Worship. We will explore how the Bible uses the word worship, its various contexts, and what God truly requires of believers today.
Our aim is to grow in accurate knowledge of God so that our worship may be genuine, honourable, and pleasing to Him.
