Upon salvation, the believer comes into eternal realities and blessings in Christ. Scripture encourages us to acknowledge every good thing that is ours in Him and teaches that we have received the Spirit of God so that we may know the things freely given to us by God.

One of these realities is found in Hebrews 12:22, where Scripture says that believers have “come to Mount Zion… to an innumerable company of angels.”

What does it mean that we have come to Zion and to an innumerable company of angels? What is the New Testament ministry of angels? Do angels still minister to believers today, or did their ministry end with the Old Testament? What role do they have in the realities of the new creation?
