In the beginning, there was homogeneity. Heaven and earth were in the same place. God and man were one—united, without separation. But when sin entered, it broke that relationship and brought death—spiritual death. This death caused man to be separated from God and to go his own way.
From that point on, man could no longer approach God without a sacrifice. A sacrifice was now necessary to bridge the gap. Hence, the need for a Saviour —someone to redeem man and bring him back to God. This has always been God’s plan: to restore man to Himself.
At Believers Congress 2025, we explored this deeply. We spoke about the meaning of forgiveness, how God remitted our sins, and how our sins will never catch up with us again—because Jesus paid the price and forever separated us from our sins. He restored our relationship with God.
This is a thorough teaching on the forgiveness of sins and how man has been reconciled to God.
Have a listen, and be blessed.
